Happy New Year!

Greetings from Viva Las Vegas! I finally found some time to pry myself away from the roullete table to come blog, haha. We’re heading up to the Hard Rock Casino on Saturday for the Adult Video Awards hosted by Bree Olsen, so that will be fun! I wonder if they show the clips for best scene?? Anyway, I’m off for another round of gambling my life away talk to ya later.

Ho, Ho, Ho

As we get a little closer to finishing up the album, it’s a great time to say thanks to all of the people that helped us out this year. That means Luna Records, Ben Trexel, Tangent Music Group, Bear Arms Media and of course all of our fans, family and friends! We all look forward to a great 2012!

A Face For Radio

I know ya’ll can’t hear enough of Calvin’s voice, so you should check out our new podcast, “A Face For Radio”. Be warned this is not for our younger audiences, as it’s basically just good-intentioned drunken convo from us and our weekly guests. We’re still in the trial run of it, lol, so don’t be too harsh.

Roll Tide

Shota was cracking me up with these girls, so I had to post this picture from a while ago, lol.
Football season’s in full swing so just wanted to let everyone in Japan know it’s time to watch our beloved University of Alabama go after a national championship again (sorry Auburn fans, lol). Also I’ll be rooting on Les Gones as Olympique Lyon makes its way through the Champions League.

P.S.- In other sports news, I’m still recovering from that epic Braves collapse last month:(

Japan Tour

Haha, Dan drew this.
We’ll be kicking off our Japan Tour next week in Kobe. Actually the first show will be less than 36 hours after I arrive in the country, so it’s going to be a quick turnaround (no time for jet lag). This first show will also be the first time we’ve ever played in Adam’s home city, so we’re really excited to do it! I’m going to be super busy the next few weeks while I’m oversees so I’m not sure how much time I’ll get to blog, but I’ll keep posting pictures and videos on our facebook page at facebook.com/wearewhatsup so ya’ll stay updated!

Back in the U.S.A.

Wow, what a tour! A special thanks to Shibuya Cyclone and Party Japonica who really did a tremendous job in showing us a great time all over Japan the last few weeks. I may have gotten a little too crazy at times, haha, but overall it was great to see the guys and all of our fans that came out from Kobe to Tokyo to support us! Can’t wait to see ya’ll again next year! Now it’s time to get to work on this album…

“Good Die Young” and “Letting Go”

Happy Birthday to me, lol! We’ve released two more singles for iTunes “Good Die Young” and “Letting Go” today so ya’ll check them out. I can’t wait to go party tonight with Calvin and Josh; it’ll be the first time I’ve had a birthday throwdown in the US in quite a while! Enjoy the tracks, talk to ya later.

What’s Up International

Just got finished Skyping with Dan, Naoki and Shota. Can’t wait to see those guys again when we go on tour in Japan in August. It’s really crazy being back in America; I’m having reverse culture shock all the time (thanks a lot all workers at McDonalds, lol). Anyway, hope all of my people in Tokyo are doing well, and I’ll see you guys soon.

Rhythm Release

It’s official! What’s Up’s new track, “Rhythm” is available online now! Everybody run over and buy it here. I’m excited to here what everyone thinks, so be sure to leave a comment below.

There is a lot of people I’d like to thank; but especially Ben Trexel, Carol Archer, and Sam Webb; whose tireless work was integral in the production and release. Thanks ya’ll :)

The track is currently available on CDbaby, but will be on iTunes within the next 48 hours. I’ll post a link when it’s ready!

Anyway, hope ya’ll like the new track and (as always) be sure to leave a comment!
